Loosing Gear

What shall I do here guys shall I bang a bit more gear in.? I pinned my upper Arm (Delt) everything went fine. But when I witdrew the needle a big river of blood flu dwn me arm. As we no this was the gear coming out I geuss.? Stop it quite quick but I geuss I lost some gear.?

You hit a vein on the way in and some blood came out. You didnt lose gear

What normally happens is you hit or graze a vein on the way in and inject in muscle underneath it. Once you pulled the needle out, the blood came out. You didn't lose anything but a drop or two, if that
