Loosing fat, Got questions! help..

I'm trying to loose as much fat as possible before my first cycle in september. I'm currently taking an ECA stack, Its a combo of 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffine, 325mg asprin.

1. What does the asprin do?
2. How often should I take this per day? (I just take it before cardio/working out in the morning)
3. Whats the optimal amont of time I should spend doing cardio per day, and how many days a week? (Arnolds Encyclopedia says 45-60min/4-5day a week for my body type, which seems like alot).
4. Why does MuscleMag/Flex suck so much??????

I have already gone down from 16%bf to around 12%bf but would like to hit single digits before summers end!
 
1. Some people say Asprine does nothing in that stack and they just take E/C but I am pretty sure the Asprine is used to thin out the blood.

2. I take it 2-3 times per day but never 4 hours before bed as I will never get to sleep

3. I do cardio 4-5 times a week for 30-50min a day depending on how I feel.

1. Dont worry about the aspirin, stick with the e/c stack.

2. I take my doses in the morning with cardio, before lunch and before dinner but never after 6:00pm or I'm not sleeping.

3. Cardio 35min 4 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach. Try not to eat for at least an hour after cardio. You want your body to continue to rely on body fat as long as possible.

Aspirin is also stated to be useful to prevent some sort of negative feedback loop the body does. To counter the ECA, as a result (supposedly) the effects of each dose last longer.
 
About cardio in the morning:better do a ketogenic diet so that your body will always be rellying in bodyfat as it's first energy source.Then,your test levels will be higher.I do a keto-like diet with the difference that I get ~75grams of simple carbs postworkout,and i don't do any cardio which can reduce the muscle mass of my legs.More muscle mass=bigger basic metabolic rate.As for ephedrine,there's a great post to get well informed about it.
 
I maybe wrong, but I always thought the asprin was there to extend the half life of the combanation of the E/C. TrippOUT................:cool:
 
My take on the asprin is to combat the wicked headaches I get from all that crap ( ripped fuel,ect.)I added motrin to my ripped fuel
 
1. The aspirin thins out the blood.
2. 20-30 min of cardio in the morning on empty stomach.
3. El Jefe had it right when he said don't eat anything for about an hour after cardio. Then when you do eat be sure to have a good amount of complex carbs in your meal.
4. Don't waste your hard earned cash on hydroxycut, xenadrine, or any other product like it. Go to Wal-Mart and buy some No-Doz, the gas station for the ephedrine, and you could even substitute the aspirin with excedrin, which also has caffeine in it.
5. Keep your protein levels high.
I have followed this four 5 weeks now, and I have lost about 20 lbs of fat. Before I started I was lifting pretty good weights(Incline bench 225lbs. x 4 sets of 10 reps.)
Now I have upped the weight to 245. So you really don't have to go light when dieting. Good Luck bro.
 
There was a study published in FLEX awhile back that said unless you are very obese you will notice no increase in fat loss by adding asprin, and the sides from asprin outweigh it's contribution to the stack.
