H hangclean New member Dec 9, 2009 #3 THe metal ring spins around, but the rubber stopper is tight. I drew a ml out of the vial and the oil pulled into the syringe. Is that metal ring there to keep the rubber in place or does it do anything else? I have never had this happen before.
