Damn bro, I workout at that powerhouse in the loop... and they are right... there ARE NOT any huge guys. I'm no monster by any means at 6'1" 230... there are a few guys there that are jacked... but most are little peons.

I feel ya on the fat-guy-skinny arm syndrome that goes around Chicago... Ever go to the beaches in the summertime? Those people are pathetic... and they make me SICK!

Hey, bro. I was thinking about joining Powerhouse in the loop. You sound hardcore, so I'd like to hear your opinion. I'm about your size. 6' 225lbs 11%. I hear there's some skinny dudes, but what about some bitches. There are two things that can get me fired up in the weight room. A 275lbs freak or a nice piece of ass. In all honestly, the ass probably fires me more.

One of the cool things about the loop Powerhouse is it is only busy from 12-1pm and 5-7pm... the other hours 5am-10pm you have free run of all the equipment.

Honestly, the chicks aren't that much... there are about 10 SUPER hot chicks that workout there at various times... and the rest are just ass. There are also some guys that compete that workout there... but nothing along the lines of pro-body builders.

It's fairly cheap too... I think it is 399 for a year... if you want, I might be able to get you a cheaper price there... I've been there for 3 years.

And if a skinny black guy tries telling you how to do shoulder presses just slap him!
