looks without the juice?

so, i was talking with the gf she had just seen a model in a movie (ps see the new adam sandler film grown ups actually hilarious) and she said you cannot look that good without drugs, i ask humbly, i think its possible am i wrong?... does the buff ripped look only happen with the help of good ole synthetic test?


enlighten me.
 
Depends on how much muscle you want..

the funny part of it is that you're already using drugs.. they just aren't injected/swallowed. Your natural hormone levels act as your cycle and cap the muscle gains and fat loss..

You can certainly get great abs and be lean, saying that natural cycle isn't a really shitty one.. large muscle and low/very low fat requires cycle adjustments in my opinion... that is, using external hormones to alter your panel.

but also if u just wanan be lean with a 6 pack natty no dout but yea if ur 50 and u weight a solid 200 with 8%bf that takes good ole test
 
lol i had to ask this question, as with more and more people doing juice, ex ben johnson, arnold, stallone, you keep looking at there bods and you say, is it possible? after heavt mili press and dead lifts, u look at urself in the mirror and u have to wonder, ph's since 16? how long did u wait in between cycles?
 
If you have bad genetics no matter how good your diet and training is and no matter how much juice you use you wont look as good as a mesomorph with great genetics.

Id always take as much time off cycle as i was on cycle, most of the time even more. I think I have good genetics because i eat whatever I want and i have a 6 pack year round. But I can tell I look better when I alter mydiet, on cycle or off.
 
i went to a poor high school and played football and weightlifting and i would of definately known if others were juicing.. trust me. no one did. how could we afford it? all of us came from very poor parents and we worked for close to minimum wage. if we did take something it was either fake or such a low amount it wouldn't make a difference. and trust me, some of us were jacked. (today i'm sure at a lot of suburban high schools and private schools they juice with the help of the internet and mommy and daddy's wallet)

i had an 8 pack and was probably 6-7% bf. we would work out in the weight room 6 days a week and run 5 days a week religiously. the coach used to make us come in on saturday's even during the season. we were 16-17 and had very high levels of test though.. as you get older and your test levels drop it becomes harder and harder to achieve those looks.

having said all that those guys in movies are on HGH for the most part. if you've got the money and the financial backing to afford to run HGH then that is the hormone of choice for movie stars and models.

can you achieve it at 16-17 without steroids? YES unless you have awful genetics (seen guys bust their ass and get nowhere in the gym at that age)... can you achieve it at 30-35 without steroids? possibly but its way harder.

as a followup to the above i worked out with a kid when i was in high school over the summer and the guy was pudgy and just couldn't gain muscle and shed the fat no matter what.. our workouts were the same, our diets were just as crappy as any high school kid who still lives at home, etc. but i would mantain or gain muscle during the summer and he wouldn't gain anything. well i think it was because he had worse genetics but more importantly i think it was cause he had a bout of cancer and ran chemo and all kinds of drugs and i wonder if all that managed to suppress his test?? that is my theory looking back on it.

so you can add not just genetics but also past experiences with drugs/radiation to the mix.

you're young bro. once you get into your late 20's having that 6 pack becomes tougher and tougher. trust me. not just the age factor but also the career factor of sitting on your ass 7 hours a day, plus commuting to and from work.

you are def gonna need to clean up your diet as you get older if you are gonna mantain that.

AInt that the truth, think its tough in your 20's wait till you run into some of lifes rough times later on, deaths, divorces, kids, 30's and 40's.
 
Personally. I don't think you need it unless your 28 + and your waist is starting to get bigger then your chest.

But to be honest, Prop makes you feel like a god & Hard as a rock :D Dropped 7 pounds in a couple weeks on that stuff for the summer and keep enough muscle mass , to make me happy. :chomp:
