Looks like we got the wrong guy.

If that guy is not the scammer…

…and if anybody actually did cause him or his family pain, then that person should extend the olive branch and ask him if he is okay. Who knows? Maybe it’s a “no harm no foul.” If not, he should find out if there is anything that could be done to make it better.

It was bad judgment on my part for offering my “letter to the editor” prank in the original thread. :(

I seriously doubt anybody who works at Princeton University would have to resort to scamming.

The Meso people better come out with a very long apology because they have just managed to completely tarnish an innocent guys life.

I feel somewhat responsible since I brought up the topic here on Elite. I think they still think that poor kid is hulkster.

Its not the same person. Different last names, but same state. It was not him, they got the wrong guy, someone should post that at Meso, its been proven.

good ol' reliable meso...pffftt!!

meso should be rated "stay away"

Damn, this sucks. I feel terrible and I didn't even email or call anyone (thank god).

Guys that did email or call his home or work should get back in contact with whomever they spoke to and explain the situation. Something like appologizing by saying that a person on an online chat board had been selling sports supplements like creatine, glutamine etc....and that someone with the same name has been taking peoples money and not sending the supplements. So a lot of people were mad and thought that this guy was the guy who was doing it because their names were the same. That's all I can think of as a good way to help fix things. Suggestions are welcome. But seriously, those that did go as far as calling and stuff should really appologize and try to fix what they have done. An innocent young mans future is at stake here.

If that guy really isn't Hulkster, everyone who sent emails/called his employers should set things straight. If some innocent guy has his life ruined and nobody tried to fix their mistakes, that's much worse than someone scamming people for some cash.

Word bro!

Good job guys...how many lawyers we have moderating here and they let you dumbasses put up actionable libel on their website?

Some of you defamed the guy, possibly cost him his job, and others were openly suggesting homicide or physical assault against him? Real, real bright. Regular frickin brain trust.

This thread will be stuck for a few days so people will see and realize it wasn't he right guy. So please stop calling at Princeton or whatever else. Once again, WRONG GUY.

In the name of the EF staff, I'd like to make an apology to this young man who obviously got into troubles (I hope not).

Now could Meso do the same ?

Also, as mentionned by others, those who first called his job/Princeton should call back. If you had the balls to do it once, you should have them again to resinstate someone's reputation. It doesnt have to be long. Just the truth.
