Looking to possibly try a little something....help me out...

Okay i've been lifting for 4 months now hard and im addicted, I know most of you will laugh at me and my question, but either way I would like to learn more about this stuff so here goes....

I am 6'0 155lbs, bench about 165 (10-12 reps 4 sets) sometimes more.....I look lean and pretty good I guess (fit) but a little on the skinny side would like to gain more muscle and stay cut at the same time and a lot quicker....I know i havent reached even close to max potential and im seeing great results, but would a little Dbol hurt? Or whatever the best cycle to start with for a beginner? What are the side effects? Will I be depressed and pissed 24/7? How fast will I grow? And where would I start to look at where to find some? Please educate a young'n (BY the way im 19yrs of age) Thanks for the input in advance.

first you need to evaluate your diet

you need to take in 2g of carbs per lb of bodyweight
and 2g of protein per lb of body weight

310g of carbs
310g of protein
50g of fat

this diet would be a good starting point, if you are not adding weight then i would up the carbs untill the desired effects are acheaved

training:

4 days a week, each bodypart once per week,
large body parts should be git with 10-12 heavy sets
smaller body parts with 6-8 heavy sets
use only or mostly compound movements, barbell curls, barbell flat/incline bench press, squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, dips, chins, shrugs, bentover rows, t-bar rows, barbell close grip bench press

gear:

for the first cycle i would run 500mg/test/week, with maybe some deca or eq at 300mg/week

take arimidex for estorgen management, .5mg/ed will be sufficient

after the cycle you need to run clomids, 50-100mg/ed for 3 weeks
 
you need to wait a little bit before taking the AAS route, get more mass and weight, and you will get more benefit from the gear....
