Looking to bulk then..

I'm roughly 5'6, 168 lbs, and about 10-12% bodyfat. I made a previous thread about taking equipose and winstrol, but everyone kinda shot me down considering my young age and low weight. Obviously, this needs to be fixed. Anyone have suggestions for a bulking diet and/or supplements that would help? Just looking for some direction.
 
what's your age?

if you're under 20 years old the questions about you using steroids were shot down for damn good reason.no one here is trying to make you look bad,bro.what they're trying to do is help you make a responsible decision that won't end up fucking you up in the long run.

my recommendation is train really hard and heavy with correct form,increase your protein intake,get enough rest and be dedicated for a few years so you will have a good foundation to build upon when you finally do make the decision to use gear or not.

lol, yeah, I know this. I realize I was shot down for a good reason. I wasn't even proposing I take the cycle, just curious if people do it and if it's a good cycle.
 
at 168lbs you would want something that would put weight on you,usually a cycle with a testosterone base to it,possibly with equipoise added.I AM NOT INSTRUCTING YOU TO DO SO,THOUGH.what you need is heavy,consistent training and increasing your protein intake.


have you tried creatine?and if so did you respond to it?

first do yourself a favor and be consistent and dedicated in your training before even thinking about fucking your young system up with gear.
 
Yes, actually. I did try it, along with my other friends. They got really good results, I didn't. Gained a few lbs water weight... but other than that, nothing. They said they could really tell the difference when they were on it and when they were off of it, me... not so much. I usually downed about 10 grams a day and drank 1 1/2 gallons of water. It wasn't like I took it lightly and fucked it up.

not saying you did at all bro,some people respond to it well...while others don't.

I think you're looking for a quick fix though,and steroids aren't a magic substance that will just give you everything you always wanted as far as muscular development goes.that takes heavy consistent training,dedication,taking in large amounts of protein,and getting enough rest.

why don't you work on the training and lifting aspect of bodybuilding for a while?and get a few years of dedicated lifting under your belt
 
increase your protein intake to 2grams x your body weight(which is 336 grams of protein a day,for you).......eat a lot of steak,and beef

start drinking whey protein shakes also.
your protein intake for the day should be split between roughly 50% whole foods,and 50% shakes.
