Looking into my first and only cycle. What should I take?

As of right now my buddy is leaning towards Winstrol. I'm looking at Deca. We want something safe and somewhat mild. Please advise and educate...
 
Get a platinum membership and research, bro. There are so many variables (age, training history, bf%, etc). The archives are a gold-mine of info and there will be lots of info the applies...especially info about recovery.

I'm 28, 5'11, and currently 260lbs. Gain muscle and fat very easily. Probably around 220-230lbs. if I was well cut up, maybe a little less. Experienced trainer, but I took a few years off. I've been consistant again for about a year now.
 
5'11 and 260.... um bro why do you want to hit aas? you your self said that you would be 230 cut so why not try get there first then consider aas
 
Sounds like your diet needs some work if you
could benefit for a 30 lb drop ,good luck lots

I'm working on it. I've actually lost quite a bit already. Anabolics would without question help me attain the look I'm after very quickly. So far this seems to be my best choice.

500 mg of test e a week for 12 weeks.

30 mg of dbol ed for first 6 weeks.

you dont need the dbol if your looking to get down to 230. test at 300mg a week for 10. but get you diet in check first. whats your diet look like?
