sorry i cant say that ive ever said that. when i look in the mirror i see a guy who is too small and weak who needs to work his ass off in the gym because i look like shit
I don't want to be huge, and I can imagine myself saying that. Like I better back off training a bit don't want to add anymore mass, but at the same time, by the time I get to the size I originally thought I would want to stop, It might not seem all that huge to me anymore.
I've seen a lot of guys out there that never think they're big enough in the mirror, but when they stand next to any average person, they look HUGE. So I guess it's all relative. In the mean time, I never want to stand next to any pro bb's!
The only problem is that your heart and arteries don't know or care if you are carrying fat or muscle either one will make it work harder and eventually weaken it. Have you ever seen a super big ripped bodybuilder or powerlifter walk up a flight of stairs... they need to stop to catch their breath. I once saw Victor Richards at a seminar and he was winded walking up the flight of stairs of the gym to do the seminar. In some cases you can be too big I guess.
