Its called the Krispy Kreme Belly Blitz:
Week 1: 8 glazed
Week 2: 5 powdered
Week 3: 5 powdered + 1 chocolate icing
Week 4: 5 powdered + 1 jelly filled
Post cycle Plain donut therapy as directed, but everyone already knows this one.
See, you gotta front load so the glazed and lard hits your system to get your glucose levels up. Then switch to powdered in week 2 as it is more fast acting. Don't add the chocolate icing in any earlier than week3! This is important as you don't want to sacrifice any water retention. Finally, never go more than 4 weeks to avoid any unwanted muscle gain.
Don't forget your plain donut post cycle therapy!! don't wanna lose any hard earned fat.
