Hi everyone! Little about me 38 years old, 6'2 240 pounds been lifting for, holy shit 20 years! Gonna guess probably 20% bf, I have done 2 cycles. Just Test and EQ 2cc'c a week of both. Was trying to come up with the next cycle. Don't need a lot more size just looking to get the strength up. What do you all think?
