I have read alot of books chatted with several people on steroids.I am 5'10 190 and lean.Would like to stay lean and hard but add 10 to 15 #. any recomended cycles?
 
how old are u, how long have u been training.

but without knowing that only suggestions would be:
10wks of deca at 300mg.

or

10wks of test at 500mg.

for 10-15lbs no need for anything else, well except for an anti-estrogen if you use test, and a good post cycle recovery for both of them.
 
Thanks for getting back.Im new. I am 43 been training for 27 yrs I have competed in natural contest in the past at 198 but need to get down to 183 to be ripped now.
 
i would say sust 250 500 mg a week for 10 weeks....maybe weeks 1-4 of d bol if u have it ready......25 of arimidex a day and your clomid post cycle
 
Thanks tiger-littlerage.....I am lean now but would like to stay lean and add weight if possible. My workout ethics are good and so is my diet in a 10 wk cycle if i smooth out a bit in the first 4-5 wks that would be ok as long as I can bring back the hardness at the end
 
Your 43 years old, low to moderate dose of test per week and anavar, also proviron at 25mgs per day if you can get it. You will be amazed with the results and the look with proper diet will be lean, full and hard. You will find this combo quite easy on your system as well. Use 9 to 12 grams CLA a day to keep blood lipid levels in order.:)

i dont think dbol is a good idea if he's trying to stay really lean...
