I have been training since i was 14 i am now 20, i took some time off to get my life situated. I am back and want to devote my life to bodybuilding/ powerlifting and reviewing supplements.

I am a big skeptic on the latest thing, so i am not easily convinced. I am a hard gainer so if something works for me it will deff. work for everyone else. Just to give you an example, i took the origianl form of SD i gained absolutley no weight. My strength skyrocketed but no size to write home about.

If you PM me i can give you a write up of what i have done, my lifts and size when i was in Highschool. You will be amazed at what i accomplished in such a short time. I am looking for someone to give me a chance as this is what i live and breath. I devoted my life to it in Highschool and want to get back to that.
 
Nothing starts better than a good diet (Depending on how much weight you wanna gain/lose)
A solid protein is a must along with the meals.
Supplements just supplement your diet/routine not tremendously help.

Possibly check out agxsports.com and look into amp 02 and raw mcc.

20 yrs old taking superdrol .. id slow down bro you dont want to hurt yourself at this age .. think about taking that stuff in another 3-4 years .. u live breath supps n lifting then be smart dont fuck yourself up this way you can pursue your passion later into your life
 
Bro,at yout age do not take superdrol, or any other hormones. It will compromise your body's natural mature state. Stay off the hormones until you are atleast 23 or 24.
 
There is no such thing as a "Hardgainer" Hardgainer = Under Eater. You can take all the best supps and have the best routine, but you will never out train and out supp a shitty diet. Post up your daily diet.

You have a really nice sentiment in wanting to help other people.

My only 'but' in all of this is that I agree you are too young to take pro-hormones, and just because it worked for you doesn't mean it will work for everyone.


If you do want some help/suggestions for diet/training, please post them up.
