Does anyone know of a website where I can put in the ingredients of a recipe and get the protein/carbs/fat content per serving?

hmm i'd just google around and see if you can come up with anything

you can do that on fitday...make your own special items....i do it all the time

I use fitday on a daily basis as well. But it does not easily convert recipes that have multiple ingredients. It works well for foods that are already itemized. Not too mention that I am working off of a recipe and not using the nutrition info on the back of each individual ingredient.

Ok, say I have a RECIPE with 10 ingredients, that is designed to serve 6. i COULD put each ingredient in and get the TOTAL nutrient content for each item. But I need it *per serving* for the overall recipe.

I don't know that much about nutrition breakdown. If a total recipe gave me say 60 grams of Carbs, does that mean I just divide it by 6 to get 10 grams of carbs per serving?

For example, say I have a recipe like:
1 12 oz can tuna, draines
1 can cannellini beans
1 can kidney beans
1/2 cup salsa
6 scallions
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TSP minced garlic
1 TSP dried basil
1/2 TSP ground cumin

the only way I would be able to put that in fitday is to put each item in, get the total, then put the total in and divide it down to servings.... as far as I know (I am not a fitday guru). Thats why I was looking for a recipe calculator that could do the same thing for me in one step rather than 10.

your right the only way to do it is to put each ingredient in but you dont neeed to do it by serving..only put each ingredient in for the exact amount your using...the total is your total....
