Hey, can anyone hook me up with a cutting diet? I am 5
9 175, 23% BF. My BF rose dramatically since wrestling ended, considering i wrestled 152/160. Anyways , I would LOVE to be at 150 by July 1st. Is this realistic? I am willing to sacrifice lbm to get down there. I was thinking of doing some hardcore cardio sessions 5 days a week for 1 hour, with the 2 other day being live wrestling practices in which i burn up to 1,000 calories a practice.
Here are supps i can attain:
multi
xenadrine
protein powders
protein bars
Along with doing this though, I wanna do a 4 day split, much like powerlifting with the matrix. My diet table will look like this:
Wake up at 5:15, do 20 min HIT cardio if i have to , to get more cut, shower, eat some eggs or protein shake, off to school.

I work out right after school at 2pm, and get home at 3.
At 7 or 8 at night I will do the 1 hour cardio.

do a search and u will be able to find stuff out about cutting diets, your guidelines are basically just to take in around 12 X bw in total cals each day, or 15 X bw-500 both are about the same. you can split this up into any macronutrient ratio you choose, 50/30/20/, 40/40/20, 40/30/30. the more popular diets you might get better results from as everybody is raving such as ckd, you can read an article on this at the top of discussion board click on mr x. new page links, and click on his ckd article. or a diet like crums which most ppl are following, ne diet with a calorie deficit and some cardio is going to produce results and you can search around for what some good foods to eat are.
