looking for good benchmark testing software

We load operating systems on Compactflash drives and use them as systems primary drives. I need to find software to benchmark their performance any time we change compact flash models and memory sizes. Any good ones, preferably free or free trial, that you guys can recommend?

All of our testing software is homemade so it would be of no help, but i would be surprised if there wasn't something made available on sourceforge
