Mono is a sickness that makes you very tired all the time. My doctor suggested as much sleep and as healthy of a lifestyle I can until it passes. Could be anywhere from 3-4 weeks to 3 months I guess.

Im training at Northwest Athletic..Its in the Target Center building... really nice gym but there is not hardcore trainers there so I feel kinda bad cause I like people that take training serious cause that motivates me. Another thing that I think is weird but I understand cause I know that USA are really strict with laws is that u can see that lots of people are juicing but they act like "Im natural" and I hate that cause we could all share our experiences, talk about how the cycle is going, how u feel etc. In Brazil although steroids are not legal either everybody juices and they tell u that they are juicing so we are like a community Thats why I would like to workout in a hardcore place here in Minneapolis so I can have contact with these kind of people
