looking for friendly advice from Canada

greetings guys,

so here's the thing: i trained hard and well for three and a half years, made some significant gains (30 pounds in three years) --then my life upended and i was out of the gym for about 8 months, during which time i have lost 10 of my hard won 30 lbs. i'm back on it now, but it's somewhat discouraging to lose so much ground, and i think i'm ready to consider bumping my progress a little with a cycle. any advice would be appreciated. i'm totally green, but i don't have any unrealistic goals.

i'm 160lbs now, 26 years old, 10% bf, have the dedication to train and eat properly; i'm not looking to get all freaky, just add a solid 20 lbs of muscle, and get my body back in order. so what does everyone say? where should i be looking, what should i be doing? it's a pretty supportive board so i thought i would throw it out there.

how long have you been back at the gym since the lay off? i would train naturaly for at least 4 monts. you should get most of your old mass back. then hit up some sauce.

i would use dbol 30mg/day and test 500mg a week. you should gain very well from that.

for a purely Canadian perspective, come over to MuscleNexus.com. Good times all-around.

Just hang out here on Elite, learn what you can, and READ, READ, READ before you start anything.

I think this question isn't country specific but since you asked for canadian advice then here is mine. Since you have been out of the gym for 8 months, you need to get the routine back. In other words juice won't be your best option at the moment. You need to strengthen your connective tissue. Jumping to juice right away can lead to injuries as you will try to lift the weight you were doing before the left as soon as you could. After about 6 months of serious training and good diet, then you can start considering juice again.

Oh, musclenexus rocks **shameless plug**
