Looking for EXPERT Advice regarding HGH USAGE!!!!! Please HELP!!!

My main question is regarding my Glucose (blood sugar) readings, I have a glucose meter that I will use and will manipulate my diet (high lean protein, low fat,etc). Where do I want to keep my blood sugar at during most of my diet (I was thinking between 70-80)????? And then 3 times a day I will spike my blood glucose with my protein shake by mixing Maltodextrin, dextrose w/R-ALA causing a GOOD INSULIN release....First shake, will be morning after HGH inject; 2nd will be right after workout (PWO Shake); 3rd will be before bed....I think this will keep my body in the best ANABOLIC state for the longest period of time causing greater use of my bodyfat and creating the LARGEST LEAN MUSCLE Gains.....(Also, will do second HGH inject --was thinking in between workout and bed....not too close to bed as I will let my natural GH Release occur while I'm in REM.......I was just wondering if anyone had input on exactly where I want my blood sugar levels as I can keep them where I want----Problem is, I don't know what is the Best to keep myself anabolic---I am sure lots of practice with my own body is in store, but any heads up would help....

Ed, Christmas Island is the best....and I'm sure the BS machines here read very similar.....However, you have tons of knowledge regarding GH and experience which is invaluable.......Lets pose the questions like this-----

If you were taking 2 HGH injections per day---when would they be????

AND, if you were eating very clean (which would put your blood sugar normal)----when would you eat your protein shakes with the malto, dext in them (which will spike insulin and put your body in an anabolic state)??????

Also, what do you find to be a good serving per day of maltodextrin, dextrose, R-ALA, Creatine, etc....whatever is in your shakes???

Also, which protein do you prefer?? Where from?? (I have an ongoing poll in another thread---very interesting)

(Again, I understand that everyone's body is going to react differently and I will have to use trial and error to see what works best for me, however your opinion is ALWAYS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!)

Wow, that is entirely too much for me....wish I could handle it, plus that would be thousands per week too......that is what MAGIC JOHNSON takes as most doctors prescribe up to 18iu's to prevent HIV+ from becoming AIDS....heard that it could work forever too........

Hi Will, IMO it depends on how you react to GH...ie sides, etc... Most recognised times for 2 shots are first thing in the morning when blood sugar is lowest..(or even in the middle of the night if you fancy getting up just to inject.yikes!) and mid morning. however if the sides include severe lethargy you could well look at injecting a couple of hours before your workout and immediately after your workout, this will stop you feeling tired all day long. The tiredness usually subsides with use so you could always switch back to the 'ideal' times after you get through this phase.

My BS has not been effected by GH use so I have been in the normal range throughout. The normal glucose ranges vary depending on the time of day although I do believe that your monitor readings are measured differently in the U.S. Over here they are as follows:
Before breakfast....3.9-5.8 mmol/L 9millimoles per litre
Before lunce/dinner...3.9-6.1
1 hour after meals...less than 8.9
2 hours after meals... less than 6.7
between 2 and 4 am....greater than 3.9

The only time I use the malto/shakes is immediately post workout. The purpose is to spike your insulin and drive the protien and nutrients directly into the muscles just worked. I combat the process of what to mix by using 'Muscletechs' - Cell-tech... Each serving of this ready made substance contains 75g of pharmacutical grade Dextrose, 10g of Creatine, 2g Taurine, 200mg of ALA, 300mcg Chromium Picolinate as well as potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc. To this I add 60g of pure whey isolate, 25g of Malto and mix. (Tastes lovely too I might add) I use Gloucorell-R at 200mg with all other carbohydrate containg meals throughout the day.

Also, which protein do you prefer?? Where from?? (I have an ongoing poll in another thread---very interesting)

This is an individual thing, most are good and usually it simply boils down to taste believe it or not. However I use a protein mix of casien, egg white, whey, etc for my in between meal shakes which obsorb slowly and a pure Whey Isolate for my PWO shake for faster obsorbsion.

Again just my experiences not expert advice...

Not trying to flame you on this one, but you may be overthinking this a bit. You need to find what works best for you.

For me, high sugar/protein shake immediately before AND after workout!

Timing of GH shots when you have the time. I've done them AM, PM, POWO,PRWO. And have yet to notice a difference, it all works the same, (very well I might add) If it makes you sleepy take it at night. If it speeds you up take it AM or PRWO.

There is no magic combination. I know you want to maximize your $ and gains, but these details are NOT EVEN CLOSE to as important as DIET, TRAINING TO FAILURE AND AMPLE REST. And consistency day in day out for months, years etc.

I don't think he's overthinking, Will is more of an inquisitive guy that wants to know everything there is to know about his chosen subject. I can relate to his enthusiasm... I agree with almost all of what you say monkeyarms (except night time shots) but knowing Will he just wants to collect as much data from users and then collate and compile his own log...Not at all a bad thing to do, I'm sure you'll agree...

Understandable, there are just alot of guys on this board that come up with these crazy complex cycles w/ 5-6 compounds, timing, mg adjustments, cal breakdowns, tapering up/down, wondering if 250 or 300mgs is better etc. Just pointing out that all that aside, DIET, TRAINING, REST are 90% of the results. 10% Gear and of that 10% maybe 1% comes down to the specifics.

To be honest I use to be a little like this myself, but throughout the years have calmed down considerably.

As far a night shots go, some think that it may inhibit endogenous release of GH. Not seen any study's that prove this, and in my experience, GH works well when ever I shoot it, and has helped wipe out the sleepless tren nights. Cheers.

Yeh, Will's a good guy, dead keen.... Most reports seem to say that inhibiting natty release will happen if used at night...having said that, if i'm stressed out and not sleeping good the odd time I would throw in a little 1iu shot at night to help me out...A little gem passed on to me by Nsash, good bro...

Hey MONKEY ARMS,

Thanks for the post and if I was 100% normal, then I'd agree with you 100%.......My problem is that my Blood Glucose levels are usually too high---like almost pre-diabetic high and I need to get them 100% under control by the means of very strict diet that will be very hard---BUT I WILL DO THIS-----pretty much forget about food for the taste, but more of a need for fuel......no more casual eating here......THEREFORE, I know what the effects of HGH have on Blood Glucose/Insulin etc....and I need to be careful and I have everything in place--------this post was simply looking for someone similar's experience----(it would've been educational for me)----but didn't have much luck.......

For the best results of HGH---absolutely agree that DIET, Training Intensity, REST are 99%-------but to make sure that HGH doesn't kill me with Blood Glucose levels is what I am after------would LOVE THE RESULTS OF HGH----BUT WILL DO IT 100% SAFELY!!!!!!

THat is all-------Out to get some more knowledge......Good Luck to ya.....
