My main question is regarding my Glucose (blood sugar) readings, I have a glucose meter that I will use and will manipulate my diet (high lean protein, low fat,etc). Where do I want to keep my blood sugar at during most of my diet (I was thinking between 70-80)????? And then 3 times a day I will spike my blood glucose with my protein shake by mixing Maltodextrin, dextrose w/R-ALA causing a GOOD INSULIN release....First shake, will be morning after HGH inject; 2nd will be right after workout (PWO Shake); 3rd will be before bed....I think this will keep my body in the best ANABOLIC state for the longest period of time causing greater use of my bodyfat and creating the LARGEST LEAN MUSCLE Gains.....(Also, will do second HGH inject --was thinking in between workout and bed....not too close to bed as I will let my natural GH Release occur while I'm in REM.......I was just wondering if anyone had input on exactly where I want my blood sugar levels as I can keep them where I want----Problem is, I don't know what is the Best to keep myself anabolic---I am sure lots of practice with my own body is in store, but any heads up would help....
