Looking for advice

I have been lifting for a couple of years and have been a hardgainer up to this point. I am looking into my best option to gain 20-30lbs to get me to where I wana be.
 
Eat more protein and carbs and calories. No one is a hardgainer, just an under eater.

what are your stats...are you sure your not low on test?...if you thnk you are go see a doctor?

I'm 5'9'' and weigh 160lbs, I eat a high protein diet and do not do alot of cardio, just can't seem to get past this plateau

We need more information than that. Age, how long you been training, what supps do you use, how many calories you take in a day? How well do you sleep? All these things should be taken into consideration before you think about any thing else.

I am 26 years old and have been training for 2 years now. Currently I take in around 3000 calories. I take a multivitamin and flax-oil pill in morning. I drink protein shake after my workouts(4-5 times/week) and before I go to bed. I sleep between 7-8hrs per night. I tried using nitrx and no-xplode with little results.
