Looking for advice from those who know

Hi, I am new to the board. About 10 years ago, I broke my ACL. After 3 years and 3 operations and countless doctors and rehabs, my knee was still very weak and instable. Doctors told me that it could be up to 10 years before my knee was stabile again, because your spend your whole life working the muscles around your knee. My teams trainer gave me a bottle with alot of Polish writing on it and told me to take it once per week. I don't know what it was exactly, but I know what it was. Very shortly thereafter, my knee started to feel better and I went back to playing. I have no regrets, it served its purpose, and to this day my right knee is good. I was being paid to play ball, and this was worth it! The problem is that in the 5th game back, I broke the ACL in my left leg. It has now been about 3 years again since I had it fixed, again very little stability. I used to play ball and run Half-Marathons, now I can only run on a tread mill. I have a 9yo son that I would love to run around and play with, but I can't because I have to pay attention to every step I take. I finally have had enough. I have aquired a bottle of QV Deca 300 and some needles. About 4 weeks ago I started working out and doing alot on the tread mill and eliptical machine. I am 5'9'', and weigh 234. That is down from 251. I am not looking to be Big Poppa Pump, I just want to lose my fat, gain a little muscle and strengthen my knee. I have no visions of ever playing ball again, other than a pick up game, but I would like to run again.

Now that you all know my life story my questions are these:
1. I have read alot about stacks, since I am not worried about tests or getting real big,(1-10 week cycle should be enough I think) do I need to get all of this other stuff, or is what I have enough? If I need something else, what and where do I get it?

2. How do I go about my training, right now I do 1 hour of cardio per day and usually 2 body parts with 3 sets each(20 reps-16 reps and 12 reps) There is so much information on what is the best workout, but maybe someone can tell me whats best for my goals. Again, lose fat(I have also started weight watchers to help with this) strengthen my legs and put some muscle up top. I have heard that everyone has stomach muscles, but I have never seen mine, I think I was born without. Please spell it all out as if I knew nothing, because that is what I know. I can however follow directions!

For training, you may want to check out the stickied links in the "Weight Training" forum.

You will probably do better on your cycle if you get you diet and training down first. If you eat like crap and don't work the muscles enough, the juice isn't going to help as much as it could.

You only have deca? I would run it with test to keep the sides away. I would prefer a 2:1 ratio test:deca to minimize the odds of getting deca dick. Perhaps someone else can chime in with better dosage advice for you. Make sure you have your PCT lined up before the first shot. HCG + Clomid.
 
I don't think Deca is going to help you accomplish your goals in any way. you can strengthen your knee without steriods. The Deca will most likely increase your weight. Also if you don't have pct lined up, you will lose your gains.

The deca may help your knee if its the actual joint that is hurting. Deca itself lubricates the joints in your body, and will put mass on you if your diet and workouts are in check. But a lot of what you will gain will be water if you don';t have an anti e to take. I wouldn't run the deca by itself, i would add some test in with it, at least 250-500mg per week, keep the deca somewhere between 300 and 400 per week. You've got to concentrate on the exercises that will best strengthen your bad knee. I"m not positive , but you might try extensions, leg curls, and light leg presses and squats. I'm no physical therapist, but I did recently have all 4 of my tendons in my left knee replaced. I started off with light workouts with my bad knee, and after a few weeks, I started to get stronger,and I just listened to my body and pushed myself as far as possible without hurting myself when I would work legs. Personally, I think using anavar would be better that deca, it helped me progess very fast while using it while I was rehabing my leg. With 1 hour of cardio a day, I dont' think your problem is with your workout, I think you need to rethink your diet and get that into check first.
