looking for a real gym in LA

Just moved here and looking for a serious gym. Im not looking for some ballys or la fitness shit. I want a hole in the wall with tons of freeweights. anyone got any recommendations

The Gold's I trained at in Burbank had three full rooms of weights.. Features: one squat rack, no powerlifting area, plenty of machines. Pretty disappointing overall. Maybe the rest of Gold's Gyms differ in the LA area differ, I don't know. This is my experience.

I heard of a place called Los Angeles Lifting Club, its in Burbank. The thing is their website doesn't work so I don't know if theyre still around.
