I have been on Rippetoes Starting Strength for about 8 weeks now and have shown some nice gains, but I have no muscular lines anymore, so I figured it was time to start cutting. Not to mention that I think I am hurting my lower back from doing deadlifts, so I don't know if that program is really worth the consequences.
Being relatively new to todays bodybuilding technology, what is a good cutting program I can follow?
