The more space you have the more furnitute you need and the more cleaning that needs to be done. I used to live in loft about the same size as your condo.

SD is pretty expensive.

I helped someone with a house in El Rancho and they paid just over million and it's a 2 bedroom 1800sqft house.

Some Cali prices are as insane as some NY prices.

Imagine if salaries met up with the cost of real estate.

Awesome price for SD!!! I was living in LA for a year and it cost me $3100 in a 830 sq ft apt!!!! Floor plans look good---if it is a nice area---do it....Wait a while and sell it for $450,000 in a year or two....!!! Good Luck---Maybe you could have Daisy Girl visit you in your new condo!!???

That`s great! Sometimes you get "added" expenses but hopefully it`s an owner occupied building. If it`s mostly rentals, the property is`nt as respected as if it were your own.

Sounds good. Good luck with your decision. It`s not only the money, once you buy it, it`s a different state of mind owning your own place, I just got my first home a few years ago and I love it.
