lookin for advice

i am
6ft (180cm)
87kg (191lbs)
22 yrs old
was going to the gym a few times a week for about 2yrs, Havent been in about 6months, and its starting to look like i have never stepped foot in a gym.
Never taken gear before but i recently gots my self some sus250 and dbol orals and looking for some advice on the best way to take them. Also tryng to find out whether ill need to take Anti-Estrogens if so, how much and when

Even if you know any good websites that a clueless beginner would understand
 
I cc of sust a week for 8 weeks, or 10 weeks if you wish. 4 d-bol tabs a day for the first 4 weeks. Always have at least 1 anti e on hand before you start your cycle, and make sure you have nough anti e for 30-45 days. If your nipples dont start 2 itch at any time during your cycle take clomid and an anti e like nolvadex 2.5 weeks after last shot and continue for 21 days.

If your nipples itch and or you are holding alot! of water when on, take 20 mg of nolva or .5 mg of arimadex a day till signs disappear, then restart for pct.

Resist the urge to take higher dosages, as a first timer you will most likely keep 15-20 lbs from what I advised.

Best advice would be to go back to the gym again and get everything up to par, like your diet and such....But do it before sticking yourself bro.... cause if you stick now, you will probably gain what you could have naturally. Once youve obtained that then do this..

1-12 sust@ 500mg/wk
1-4 dbol @ 40mg/ed
 
Take the gear, put it in a cabinet where noone will find it.

Get your butt in a gym and work out steady for at least 6 months and train hard.

Get your diet in order, without an organized diet your gear will go to waste as you are cycling.

Once you have reached nice gains then stick.

So what he said would look like this:
Weeks 1-8 250mgs of sustanon
Weeks 1-4 20mgs of dbol everyday


Personally id wait 3 months before starting this to get your joints and muscles used to lifting. If you grow to fast you end up with problems. So dont rush things.

Then weeks 9-14 you would do your pct which would look something like this:

Weeks 9-11 1000ius M/W/F
Weeks 9-14 20mgs nolvadex ed

This i can agree on. give time for the joints to get used to the stress, muscle memory is a wonderful thing, tune in training & diet before sticking, I would roughly say at least 8 weeks of serious heavy training.
