Biggest obstacle to overcome for a lifelong weightlifter:
Injuries.
Problem:
Not very many articles that address injury prevention.
I understand the subject is composed of a few areas:
Proper execution and form
Adequate rest
Nutrional requirements, i.e. what to take
Rest
and most importantly:
What powerlifting regime to use.
I personally use Westside's system. I like to do singles consistently and believe in Speed work for rest, recuperation and to obtain Maximum velocity.
At any rate, does anyone have any links to articles that address how to be injurty free while being the best, i.e. longevity in weightlifting.
