I'm just curious how effective this is over the longterm. It seems that as your body gets adjusted to using ketones it may get easier and perhaps more effective over time.

i was on atkins, which i think is considered a TKD, but for the sake of posting results, i was on it for 2 months and lost a total of 20 pounds on it. I went from 250 to 235 normally before the diet. then i went from 235 to 215 on the diet. now im off the diet and have been bulking and weigh 221 right now.

Lee did you lose a lot of pounds from fatloss? Good post MiniColemans

I read somewhere that someone was on CKD for a year so I'm wondering about everyone else. Me, I'm into week 6 and still loosing.

Yea it was all fatloss. I made sure of that by keeping my bicep measurments over the time. I actually gained .25 inches on my biceps during the diet. I lifted weights 6 days a week every week and kept up on cardio so it worked perfectly.

Next week will be 3 months so far and down from 230 to this morning I was 202. Mostly fat loss. was in the mid 20`s % now somewhere NEAR single digits. I`m using a digital caliper.
