Longer cycles good or bad?

What's everyones 50cents on long cycles 12-16 weeks.....potential for side effects? woth it or not

Yea, most growth occurs in those weeks as stated above. Running anything longer is just going to make the sides worse, and shut you down even harder. I think the reason most guys run longer cycles is because they like the feeling of being "on".

Recovery is also a problem with longer cycles.
