Long term effects of creatine

I use creatine pretty much all year round except for a few weeks off every now and then and I was wondering if it is unhealthy in the long run. I do drink plenty of water to hydrate myself throughout the day. I was thinking about ordering some of PP's creatine. Also when Needto's version of jack3d is available I'll be using that for sure should that be cycled on and off and if so How long?

I researched this before.
From what I could find some people cycle it for reasons I couldn't find supporting research on.

I couldn't find any negative drawbacks to using it year round.

Creatine is one of the only supplements that has been proven safe for long-term use without negative long-term effects. All of these current products (Need2's included) are really too new to make any judgements on them. Creatine has been used for DECADES. I'm not saying that anything new (or anything from Need2) has any adverse long-term effects, but the truth is nobody knows. Creatine is a good choice.
