long-term dbol cycle

First post in here :cool:

Been lifting for a few years and it took me a while to figure out nutrition, training, etc. I guess everything is decent now and I gained ~45lbs naturally so time to gear it up.

I tried LGD, that was junk. I really felt awful not even 2 weeks in. So I stopped.

Gonna do the old school dbol only. 10mg first thing in the AM (with pre workout), measure suppression/shutdown/liver after ~5 weeks in, then (depending on results) up to 20mg or keep doing 10mg long term or do Bill Roberts' 2 week on / 4 weeks off cycles. I like the idea behind 2-weekers repeated 8-9 times a year for a slow, long-term approach.

Obviously if I don't get anything size or strength wise in 2/3 months I'll reconsider. However I feel like there's a lack of logs with proper bloods measuring so I'm willing to do that. In for under the radar gains :)

most of the LGD out there are just weak pro hormones which shut you down and give you nasty sides with little results to show for it

you have to buy LGD from reliable places.. sarms1.com is the only place that was independently tested and showed actual sarm's.. other places showed either pro hormones or nothing at all
 
First off, Bill Roberts is an idiot. He took my short cycle concept and simply exaggerated it, going with the premise that 2 weeks on , 2 weeks off would not cause suppression. But that isn't so.

He did have a pretty good theory in taking D-ball in the morning, allowing the body to recover overnight -- which may the case to a degree, but once you take more than 10 mgs for a few days, suppression will begin no matter what. And at the end of it all, the results simply would not be that good. So what seems like the "best of both worlds" is acutually the WORST of both words -- suppression with little result.

Nice try though.

D-bol is effective but toxic. If you wanted to do a D-bol only cycle I'd suggest 20 mgs a day, broken up after breakfast and after lunch -- for 4 weeks. Then take 2 months off before doing it again. And without doubt, make sure you use some N2GUARD along with it./ Good luck.

Remember that it is suppressive of natural testosterone production so make sure to run a good mini PCT after the cycle. 4 weeks of the following:clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

oh crap I wasn't aware of independent testing. Well at least that wasn't expensive. I don't know what I got (medchemsupply is the website). Looked and tasted legit, based on what internet described.

Nelson - thank you for the critique. I'll try to gauge how 10mg goes for my first weeks, get bloods done. I'm sure it'll be interesting. Not too sure about Bill Roberts now aha
 
I'll probably use that LGD later on when/if I pin test. I'm keeping it.

Anyways I decided to listen to the big guys - I'm doing a higher dose dbol cycle for 4 weeks followed by 8 weeks off. Thanks mr. Nelson Montana :)
