Long Cutting Cycle?

Hey guys. Looking for a good cutting/lean mass cycle. I've run some short one's before, but I'm looking to run one about 16 weeks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Long cycles are over-rated. Run 10-12 week and you'll have some wonderful results without the long-term sides.
 
1-14 eq 400-600mg wk
1-4 test e 250mg/week
5-14 test e 500mg/wk
1-4 test prop 100mg eod
15-17 test prop 100-150mg eod
you can end with winny, tbol, tren, or another compound that you like that has worked well for you.
18-start pct.


still dont know your stats so this is just a guide.

I'm 5'6 and weigh 225. I've been cycling off and on since 1991. I'm not exactly sure about BF%, but I would guess around 16 or 17%. I would definitely like to get it down below 10%.

Will you cut for contest prep?

If not cycle is easier, my favorite for moderate, non-contest cutting: testosterone.
Its so anabolic you dont lose much muscle, add 12.5 mcg (half tab) of Cynomel, for two weeks, take 1 or 2 weeks off, then 25 mcg.
Bromocriptine helped me but its side effects are disgusting.

i would tend to agree that the BF% should get taken down a little bit even before you hit the cutting cycle, and all you need for that is an adjustment to diet and the addition of more cardio.....

You may want to change your diet around and start cutting cals....start doing AM cardio on an empty tank and see how that goes...once you get your BF lower then jump on a cutting cycle.

Thanks swordfish151. I've already started adjusting my diet. I have a little work to do seeing that I've just come off a bulking cycle and was eating everything in site. Thanks for the info and advice.
