Watching it on Showtime right now, been a good 20 years since I last saw it...

Apparently they had much stronger shit back then, most people I know that smoke-out now just eat, play video games and sleep.

Man that movie was ridiculous. The buds back then had so much less THC it didn't compare to the stuff widely available today. They had people acting like they were dusted in that flick.
