It requires her to name family members and their spouses- past and present, and all of the ex spouses, spouses- past and present. She's going back to her great grandparents....

That kid is gonna need a ream of paper for this. My family has more weddings and divorces than the kennedy's.

LOL

Remembers me of the time that I had to do a family tree back in high school. I was the only kid in class where the tree began and ended with the same family. My parents are 6th cousins. What can I say the village was small!

my great grandparents are first cousins.

go ahead and laugh everyone. :)

I feel that everytime my child has a project to do....I have to do as much of it as he does. So when he gets home I laugh and ask him what grade did I make. They also just assume that everyone has computers at home. He will call me when he gets home to look up stuff for a homework assignment.
I had one but we never ever used it. I am on one all day so the last thing I wanted was to sit on one at night.......Well, I went and got one yesterday as a matter of fact. Much nicer than the one I use to have.
People with teenagers.........a must!!!

Well, good luck on that project. I wouldn't even know where to start on something like that. My child would be shit out of luck, considering his grandmaw (my mom) was adopted and those parents have since passed.

Not to worry, its only if your family tree is made up of just one ascending branch is when you have to start getting concerned!
