I've been on the ref-b tabs for about 2.5 weeks. However, since this is my first time taking d-bol, it is tough to make any generalizations about how they are relative to other d-bol. I started off taking 37.5 mg/ed for first 2 weeks and bumped the dosage up to 50mg/ed this past week. My strength has gone through the roof and have seen good size gains (especially when lifting-- my muscles really get fuckin pumped with blood), but not spectacular (I don't seem to be holding much water). I was 194 lbs when I started the ref-b tabs and now am about 201. The worse sides I have experienced are that my back is getting incredible pumps-- which I guess is both good and bad (but bad when trying to squat heavy or do deads)-- and when I take a dosage before bed, I sweat like crazy and don't sleep well at all. So, I have avoided the late night dosage. Anyway, that is my feedback. Next time around, I will try something different (either thais or russians or TKK) in order to have some frame of reference.
