locating ventrogluteal site

all of the info i can find shows you how to locate the site on other people, im just wondering if anyone has any tricks they use to find the ventrogluteal site on themselves.

this is definetly a quality site, however the ventrogluteal isnt on there
ventrogluteal is basically like injecting into your hip, im just not sure exactly where in the side of the hip and if damage can be done if i make an error

What i did ...
Googled how to find the spot. It is done by placing a palm over the ball of the hip bone with fingers facing up
Traced my hand on paper and cut out. Marked on it where the palm ahould go over the hip bone and where the injection spot is between the fingers. I just put the cutout on my hip, mark the spot with the fingernail on my skin and then swab and jab.

Great tip Bro. I have been wanting to try that spot for awhile. Gonna give it a shot my next cycle!

Once you know how to find it you will shoot it as often as you can. It is painless - i shoot test prop, mast prop and primo - 3ml total with ZERO pain. If i shoot quads like that i would be crippled fir a few days. And i can not reach my glutes easily either. Aspirating with one hand is tough.
With ventro glutes you can use both hands and put 3 ml in there no prob.
The best spot BY FAR.

To find exactly where it is stand with both your legs side to side, now shift your weight to one leg and you'll see/feel this muscle pop out on the leg where the weight is now on. Switch the weight to the next leg just to become more familiar with this spot....it just pops out right at your side where the pic above illustrates. When you're ready to inject mark the spot and lean up against something and hold your weight on the side that you're not gonna be pinning.

I been shooting ventro for quite a while and though i know where the muscle is and that it pops etc i still use my paper cut out method to find the exact spot. Works well for me.

Gave it a shot a few hours ago with some Sust. not to hard to find I just hope I used a long enough pin. Only had a 1" at the time so I just buried it. No pain yet but I will let you know tomorrow! That is usually when it starts to sting a bit. If all is good this will be my favorite spot to. thanks again for the tip!

I only use 1" pins and shoot ventro glutes a lot. if your BF is not too high you'll be fine.
