Local Nutritionists?

just wondering if any of you know of a reputable nutritionist in the houston area. i'm already pretty fit, but i need an extra kick from a professional. if none of you know of a houston area nutritionist, what about an out of area or even out of state nutritionist that would work long distance with me. thanks for any help!!

She's not a nutritionist but she's a competing in the NPC, and she's about to go pro any day now. Shes local to me, and she will definitely help you out! She knows her stuff, trust me!

Might want to take a look at the link rOdx posted. Someone more fitness/bodybuilding oriented is usually going to be the better choice. A lot of nutritionists go by books and not what works in the real world. But anyone who's there to help you out and give you that extra boost could be worth it regardless.

Hope you get some support whatever you chose.

I live right next to Coral Springs High School. Used to train at the Quadrangle Athletic Club off of University and Royal Palm. I am now training at Michaels Bodyscene in Boca, small quiet gym. My membership is running out soon and I think i may be looking elsewhere for a gym.

I use to train at Quadrangle also! They closed down and they transfered the memberships to LA fitness.
