ok....how can i get my glutes waaaaaaay bigger......(yes i do heavy butt on the floor squats) w/o my quads/hams getting bigger?....my butt isnt big enough when i'm standing straight....not arched...flatfooted. HEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!

15-20 !! Concentrate on your butt while doing them !!
