What are the symtoms or signs of possible liver damage?

When my liver was fucked up, it felt just like the flu, but twice as bad.

Unless it is VERY bad you should nto notice much..I was fine but when I went in for routine blood work I found out that my AST and Gamma GT reading were over double the nomal limit...Get checked on a regular basis

always take ALA for the liver at 600-1000mgs/day
