Liver Test

Last Friday mu Doc called to let me know about my blood test results. Chloesterol was good but he said my liver is very irritated. He gave me numbers but I didnt write them down. He said NO supplements for 2 months! Then I have to go get tested again.....Anyone have similar experience and/or advice??

what were your cycles like that messed up your liver so bad? My advice would be to heed his advice.

Just finished a small cycle:
40 mg d-bol ED
400mg EG
600 mg Cyp
7 weeks total.

Not too harsh. I am worried why my liver is messed up...

I was on the D-bol the entire time....(stupid) I didnt drink for thew whole cycle

hit 1000mgs of ALA everyday...ask "Fonz" he knows his stuff when it comes to the liver...so take 1000mgs of ALA and always hit ALA in a cycle where you putting stress on the liver....no lower then 600mgs of ALA.....but take 1000mgs of ALA til your next stop to the doc...keep taking 1000mgs for a couple of weeks then go lower like to 600-800mgs...i think thats good if you cant keep hitting 1000mgs until your next stop the the doc...

ALA will shit on milk thistle..lol take them both...glutathione, and calcium d-glucarate,glutamine spelled wrong lol sorry..those are good....here is what "E2" says for the liver...but i think ALA at 1000-600mgs is good.just take everything lol
