liver spots on my hand?

i have recently noticed that i have little brown specs all on my right hand, it seems i just woke up and had em. I finished my last cycle on june 30th but i am guessing its liver spots from a few yrs of aas use? what do you think? should i see a dermatologist or a endocrinologist?

liver spots are from age ..i know my dad and grandfather both had them when they got older.. im sure theres a medical reason for it..or it could be that your just old dude...lol..im in my late 20's and have only a few on each hand...but always thought i would cause of my family history..

i am getting into my late late twenties, my father does not have em if i can recall..then again i dont check his hands out often either
