liver question...

alrite i had blood work done recently and was trying to get on accutane and the lady said she couldnt give it to me yet cuz my liver value which was supposed be be not higher than 60 was 272 which is shitty...anyways i had been doin ip dbol 50mg/ed for 4weeks and took the test about 3 weeks later...i plan on having another one on the 31st of this year and that 'll make it a while since ive had dbol and 4 weeks since clomid should i be alrite with my values or r they going to still be high??

also does just juice hurt your liver as well or is it just the orals?

also how can i lower my bad liver value if anyone knows id appreciate some help...

Juice will effect liver values, it's not only orals....you can lower your values by getting off......I did an inj only cycle and my liver values went from high to normal in about 8 weeks.....

Take 1500 mg of ALA ed to help your liver get back to it's normal status.

In order to lower liver values, one should avoid taking anything that may stress the liver. The thing is everything makes the liver work harder even aspertame. Another thing that will increase liver values is hard training and high protein intake.

I am scheduled for blood work on Jan 15th in order to see if my high values of ALT and AST have dropped. I have been totally clean for about two weeks... I mean truely clean.. No medications of any sort.. No nolvadex .. not even aspirin... basically not a damn thing. 10 days before my blood work, I plan to quit lifting totally in order to prevent muscle damage. I will just do cardio and drink two gallons of water a day. One day before the test, I plan on fasting except for water... This way I will insure that my liver is totally rested.

will aspirin effect the lvier values i tookone 40 minutes before i gave blood mine are aways sky fucking high whihc isn't good i'm not even allowed tot ake motrin anymore

you can also hit the milk thistyle, supposed to help with the liver, and aspirin will affect liver also, best of luck

If you want absolute true liver values, I recommend that you stay away from everything even Milk Thistle. There is no guarantee that the milk thistle you're getting is actually pure stuff with only sylimarin (sp??) in it. Therefore... Staying away from everything will insure absolute accurate blood work results. A month period of staying totally clean is adequate.
