I think the best way to protect the liver is to go easy on 17aa and avoid including them always on a cycle. If you choose to go heavy on 17 aa, liver enzymes, that rise from hepatocit membrane leaking, are not a trustful marker, since stuuctural and funcional damage can happen withot altering tgo/tgp values. Hepatic Peliosis, for instance, will show on a uLTRA SOUND OR CT AND NOT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF LAB ABNORMALITIES UNTIL WELL ADVANCED.
Avoiding lipid peroxidation of hepatocite membrane is wise and can be done with Gluthathione, Glutamine, Vit E , Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Silibium marianum , to name a few. But they do not assure you of nothing. Go easy on 17 aa ( winnie just in HIIIIIGh doses) or monitor your liver closely. Anyhow, any liver damage even in a moderate stage reverses as you interrupt AAS usage.
