In my opinion, milk thistle does work. I had my liver function checked 3 weeks after my first cycle (during which I took milk thislte religiously) and all of the important indicators were at the low end of normal.
 
It was 250mg Omna/wk for 10 weeks. I realize that a cycle that mild is not going to be very hard on your liver anyway, but as I said, all of the values were at the low end of normal. My Dr. even complimented me on being in such good health. :D

My results while on-cycle were good. :D I gained about 12lbs. I went from BPing 315 for 1-2 as my last set to doing it for 3 sets of 5. My deadlift, squat, and other lifts also increased. I lost some bodyfat, even though I was eating like sh*t (calories anywhere I could get them). However, I had no clomid for the post-cycle therapy and lost almost all my gains. :bawling: . If you have any other questions I will be happy to try to answer them.

Manny78 The reason you've never seen it in your local pharmacy is that it is only available through your doctor. The AF store bought a bunch of it from a doctor and is reselling it, $10 below retail, so you don't have to pay for an office visit to get it and explain to your doctor why you want it. Which is what makes decem's argument against it so ridiculous. This product is only sold by doctors and decem is saying it's better to buy GNC vitamins to protect your liver than what a doctor provides. BTW the difference in cash that decem is saving the world from is less than $10. My liver is worth more than that.
 
Just thought I would share...

I have been taking the Tyler Liver Detox since I stared my cycle five weeks ago. I pulled all the muscles in my lower back doing dead lifts. At first I thought it was my Kidneys or something like that, because the pain was so deep. I went to my doctor. I never said I was using AS. They did an ultra sound, CT scan, you name it. All test they did came back negative in fact they said I was one of the healthiest people they had seen in a long time. My blood pressure was low 110 over 70 and here comes the best part...

This is what I'm doing...

500mg deca/week
400mg primo/week
50mg winny/ed

I'd say the Tyler Liver Detox is working very well...

Oh and I have gained 14lbs so far 5 weeks into cycle.

there's no difference in terms of price. A bottle of Tyler Detox costs about 35$ for 120 tabs, while I paid my milk-thistle 500mg 60 tabs around 14$. Big deal you're right a liver has no price lol
 
Question for Italianboy: Re: Injectable Glutathione Could you tell me all about it. Like who makes it, where can I get it, is it expensive, how often do you dose, etc. etc.?

I currently have Hep C and did have Hep B. Have sense '75. My husband just died from cirrhosis (hep b/c & his qt.of ToothSheaf Stout w/ dinner) but my liver is still good...no inflammation. I'd like to keep it that way as long as possible. I'm 47y/o.

Am also looking for a cheap source of Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). Stuff's mighty expensive but is used for both gallstones (which I also have) and liver.

Damn, I'm starting to sound like a broken record...........

Tyler is good? Yes. The best? NO, NO, and doubly NO!!!!!!

If Ulter actually thought it out for once he'd add an ALA packet
(they're cheap as hell now) to each of his Tyler Liver factors,
and THEN AF's Tyler factors would have NO COMPARISON.

Btw guys,

Milk thistle and Cranberry extract SUCK.

Reduced L-glutathione is another worthy liver protectant.

Also, just because a doctor prescribes it doesn't mean its
THE BEST.

so, let me get this straight.. it's a prescription medication, or only a doctor can SELL it? if it is a prescription med, then why would you be able to sell it without one? if it can only be bought by doctor's who sell it... aw come on... who the fuck has seen a doctor selling supplements at his office?? i sure the fuck haven't. but then again, if you have to "explain to your doctor why you want it," there must be some type of restriction on it, yet the masterful ulter has devised this awesome plan to get to you for cheaper than retail and by stepping around these pesky restrictions.... fuck off.



ulter.. this about the biggest flaw i've seen from you yet... and you haven't been low on flaws recently. this type of bullshit reenforces my theory of you simply utilizing your "vet" status and your af board to make a quick buck of the people that you deceive into thinking that you're actually out for their health and welfare instead of your own financial status.
