reason for that i am thinking of one i eat too too fast and too much meat and it may get rid of water i am holding in my hams and glutes

i read GL liver flush...seemed it went good for him

i wish he would chime and tell us more about it

Yo actually I just got done with an intestinal celanse a few weeks ago. Just did an apple juice with psyllium husk and bentonite clay fast. That's all I ate for a week. Didn't pass any intestinal plaque tho.
