Anything you take OTC for that is of questionable efficacy. What's your cycle? Are you drinking alcohol regularly? Take Tylenol or any other OTC or script medicines?

Milk Thistle will help maintain more than it will fix. There are number of different liver cleanse pills and or detox pills, those will help get it back to normal more than the Milk Thistle

i had bad liver enzymes and i did alot of cranberry juice and water/ also i used milk thistle

Anyhow, Tylers is sold by several companies... Also use r-ALA and sesamin products... this combo has always helped me recover nicely.
