what is good to use to try and detox the liver.

I have heard of a few things sucj as liver rite and milk thistle, but I want to know if any one has heard of any thing else that works good.

Is this for after the fact? Or are you looking for liver protectant while you're on?

Either way, Tyler's Liver Detox or Liv52... r-ALA and sesamin extract are also helpful

This is for after the fact. 4 months post cycle and billiruben count in blood work is high. I want to clean the liver before the next cycle.

I know there are tons of liver/body detox supplements, teas, tinctures, "systems", diets.... I can't recommend any specific one as I've never tried them, but just do a search on line for "liver detox" ... the supplements I recommended are good for while you're running orals to protect the liver
