little scared about bust going down

check this out, i made an order international that was supposed to be here in 2 wks but its now 3wks going on 4wks, the last wk my phone line has been acting up and my email accounts has been acting up like not letting me logg on due tech problems, and just 2days ago i called my phone company to see whats going on with my line and as the lady was getting my info my phone hunged up and for the next 10min my line didnt work. should i be careful or am i being a little parniod.

if you had previously ordered from that source look how it is shipped when it arrives. When i got popped they repackaged it in a way that would never make it threw customs or with out the amps all breaking. If it isnt how he normalls packs it dont accept. Trust me it happened to me real recently.
