Little Motivational Help Please

Okay I started a cycle a little over 2 weeks ago since then I hit a major bump in the road as my fiance and I called it completely quits after over 3 years. My diet is all jacked up now, I find myself having to choke down the smallest amounts of food.. I don't want to end my cycle and I want to get good gains on this b/c lifting relieves a lot of stress for me and really clears my mind..

have any of you guys hit a bump mid cycle? What did you do to get over it?

also quitting the cycle is not an option!

Nothing is worse for my appetite than stress.
Force the food down, you know you have to and like muscleup said, just keep that end goal in mind.
 
Bro a few years back, I was in the same boat, only it was my wife of 8 years who decided the grass was greener on the other side of town and split,, I coulda lived with that, but along with her went 12000 out my savings acct. my jeep, and all my household goods...

yes I was only cycle and yes i was a wreck the first couple of weeks, diet went to hell-- training went to hell--- I was out drinking--- after a couple weeks of that I figuered enough was enough--------------- quit going out just ate and went to the gym

I will admit it was hard at first, but i kid you not it ended up being one of my best cycles, because I just decided to do it---- not to let her/ the situation get me down.......


Its all in the mindset bro, shit always gets bad b4 it gets better-- now looking back its the best thing that ever happened to me been with my girl now for a few years-- and she is 100x better then my ex... better job now, ect
Just dig in and hold your ground and it will turn itself around..

p.s i actually ate better after she left cause her cooking sucked..

I am sorry to hear of your break up, but the best thing for you when in an emotional crises is to concentrate on the gym, training and yourself, this will help you with your peace of mind and mental state. It is been proven that exercise is very good for emotional/mental well being.

like everyone is saying forget the girl there is 7-women to every man at least thats my 2-cents train hard if you cant eat that much for a few days at least drink protein shakes!! good luck to you bro it will get better.look at the bright side your single go play!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Sorry to here that bro, you should do your cycle, work your ass off, eat all you can get totally jacked and then go rub it in her face.
 
hope there wasn't any childern involved, that's the part that sucks when it happens...

keep some of your good buddies around, don't consume any alcohol as it's a depressant, call some old GF's and tell them that your single, meet the girl at the gym who you have been putting out of your mind because you were'nt available, etc.
Keep the goals in your mind, get big and ripped and find another chick that is a real hottie, seems to work for the most of us...
chin up Bro, and remember, "revenge is a meal best served cold"....
 
bro, just use it as motivation. get so damn ripped that every girl in town knows you by that. thats what i did....best thing that ever happened. good luck bro.
