Hey, can someone figure this problem out for me with calculations please?

Solve for x

the square root of x-3, + 1 = the square root of 1-3x + the square root of 4x-12

Start by squaring both sides and simplify... you'll eventually hit a situation where you are left with more square roots...

Square both sides again and simplify, and eventually the square roots will all be gone. After that it's simple algebra (although up to this point it was simple algebra already )

I haven't had a math class in almost 6 years. I can barely add anything.
